Selling by Auction

Vendors contemplating the sale of items may avail of our professional and friendly Valuation Service, whether it be an individual item or large collection either for Probate, Insurance or Family Division. Our Valuers will, without obligation, advise on the likely sale price of any item suitable for one of our regular Auctions, please phone for an appointment. Items sold by O'Reilly's are subject to a commission rate of 18.5% subtracted from the sale price, inclusive of VAT, internet charges, photography and insurance. There is no charge for unsold items.

Buying at Auction

All our auctions are fully catalogued and give descriptions of items being sold together with estimates of their likely sale price. Catalogues are available during viewing hours or online 7 days prior to auction.

Our qualified and professional staff are available to advise on the purchase of any item. Insurance valuations, condition reports, certificates and diamond reports are available where appropriate. Items purchased with O’Reilly’s are subject to a commission rate of 15% added to the sale price, inclusive of

VAT.
